Field Support Technician

Salary: £28k to £35k
Hours: 40 hours - flexitime. Monday to Friday, occasionally require overnight stays and, in exceptional cases, work at the weekends.
Responsibilities:
- providing technical support to our customers and installation engineers
- preparing systems ready to be deployed
- fault-finding and commissioning systems
We are looking for adaptable candidates with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn. We encourage our team to adopt problems, and to evolve. Good opportunities to progress.
Requirements:
Suitable Skills & Experience:
- Working with hand-tools and power tools.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Valid clean Full Driving Licence. Candidate will be required to drive a van.
- Basic Electronics.
- IT skills would be desirable but not essential.
